Ben Patrick & Rebecca Downie have farmed through a number of medium and high rainfall areas in eastern Australia and can provide a wealth of knowledge across multiple sectors of the agricultural industry.

Ben has worked in the Merino seed stock business for over ten years and is passionate about the potential that genetics can have in gaining greater farm profitability. Ben has most recently managed 80,000 DSEs over multiple properties and has extensive knowledge of all livestock grazing, cropping and dual-purpose systems.

Bec has worked on livestock research projects internationally, in live export compliance and data management, and in irrigation system development whilst managing 10,000 DSEs on her cattle breeding property in Tasmania.

They are currently based on their properties; ‘Lake Echo’ and ‘Stonehouse’ in Tasmania, with Ben highly involved with management of multiple farms across eastern NSW.

The diverse nature and wealth of knowledge behind Accelerate Ag, allows us to provide services to several different sectors within the agriculture industry.
